Later this morning, egg-veggie fried rice with hot tea

1. New Greek yogurt

Salted caramel, over chopped pears.

Sunflower seed toast with olive oil butter.

Might make coffee later as a change from tea. Decaf, of course.

It is a grey, wet morning here in Virginia and about 40 F. No perceptible sunrise.

I am not very hungry this morning, perhaps from overeating lasagna last night. I'm thinking I'll have one of those low calorie Fiber One bars I've taken a liking to. Cinnamon today.
