(34,955 posts)I have had the New England & Manhattan clam chowder as well & do add a small can of clams to the both. 1 can is 2 generous bowls for me with a hot biscuit on the side.
I have found it both at Walmart & Fresh Thyme at varying price points as well as types of soup.
Making the soup from scratch is just too pricey for me.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

(1,366 posts)We doctor the recipe on the ALDIs wild caught canned salmon. Debone the salmon. Mix with panko whole wheat breadcrumbs, minced red onion, red bell pepper, a flax egg, lemon juice and zest, rosemary, parsley and a pinch or 2 of cayenne. Form into 6 patties and lightly fry in evoo. Sides are air fried red potato nuggets and steamed carrots, snap peas and mushrooms. Ben and Jerrys nondairy Bananas Foster ice cream for dessert. Cheers! 🥂
