Posting early due to working late.Has to be easy tonight because of little prep time.
Red pepper/goat cheese ravioli with tomato sauce.
Shrimp salad with tossed greens and vegetables like cherry tomatoes (still using them from the garden--picked green), cucumber, radish, red onion, and celery.
Half of a chocolate croissant that I bought at our new Lidl. Went for an extended shopping trip there the other night. Very nice store, large, expansive, and is in the same neighborhood as Aldi and a farmer's market.
Loved their bakery and an opening departmental special was BOGO, so I bought croissants and muffins, among other items. Left with only a $40 tab.

(27,701 posts)Nothing yet. Had Philly cheesesteak casserole at lunch for breakfast. Well see if I get hungry later. Your plan sounds great! Especially the part about chocolate.

La Coliniere
(1,366 posts)Homemade veggie broth infused with garlic and ginger with a few dashes of toasted sesame oil. Added brown rice and cooked it in the simmering broth. Then chopped celery, red bell pepper, carrots, sliced broccoli, mushrooms cooked in the broth until done. Last minute added more light soy sauce, snow peas and bean sprouts and let them rest in the hot soup for 10 minutes so they kept some crispness. Is kind of like a soupy congee, but not as thick. Garnished with chopped scallions. Mmmm. Iced oolong tea with lime. Cheers! 🥂

(11,101 posts)we do two in two weeks since the mozzerella comes in chunks big enough for two pizzas. I'm starting to like the ones we make at home better than delivery ones.
