1. This is very similar to the Food Network turkey recipe I've used for years.

It is delicious!

And super quick and easy to make.

Two distinctions: this recipe calls for 2 lemons and a bunch of individual spices vs. 1 lemon and herbs de provence.

Give it a try. I think you'll love it!

So I just use Italian spice mix and it comes out delic every time!

Please let us know what you think of this chicken recipe if you try it?

You will most likely not have that problem, since you live in a civilized area. (Lucky you!)

Lots of stuff is just "not available for purchase" in this region.
