What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov. 12, 2024

Posting early due to working late.

Brrrr, working outside with the kids in Environmental Club, so although we'll be going indoors after a time outside gathering seeds, I'm definitely wanting something warm to come home to. It's windy out there, with gusts of 35 mph. Forty-nine degrees.

Creamy tomato bisque should be good. It doesn't look like a very hard recipe, either; should be able to get it done in 30". To go with it, a half a melted cheese sandwich on naan bread. I'll use Gouda or Havarti.

Maybe a small salad of sliced greens with a few salted cucumbers in it.

Dessert: strawberry cream filled milk chocolate and decaf.

grill outdoors. Steamed asparagus and mushrooms, air fried sweet potato fries and pickled red cabbage are the sides. Iced green tea with lemon.
Will make homemade kettle corn later for the movie we plan on watching. Cheers!🥂

We're experimenting with various recipes and procedures. This one wasn't bad, but not as creamy as I expected. Luckily there are a lot more recipes to try!
