Panini grill fans, some advice please,
As a sandwich freak. And a guy who likes easy clean up, I bought a press.
Loving it so far, shopping for new Cheeses, meats, and breads. I've made a couple, not so good choices, my question is , breakfast?
How would I make a good breakfast using the press?
My normal breakfast is, 2 eggs/ 2 toast and cheese. That gets boring after 13 years, as I had gastric bypass and still watch my daily diet closely.
Any suggestions?

my Panini. One day I made a sandwich with some leftover Mac & cheese with leftover pulled chicken in BBQ sauce. Have fun with your new Panini
