Hot Honey goat cheese!
Wooooweeee!
I made a spread of the goat cheese with chopped, lightly salted almonds.
Spread that on apple slices.
Sweet, spicy, a lil salty, and juicy from the Cosmic Crisp apple. Everything went well in a bite! Mmmm.
Very good snack/dessert.
