What's for Dinner, Fri., Oct. 4, 2024

I bought a roasted turkey, dark meat only, from the grocery store deli. It is so good. I made herby mayonnaise and am making a sandwich with it for tonight. I used rosemary, oregano, and garlic stems (leaves?).

Artisan bread half, toasted in the air fryer.

Undoubtedly, a cup of soup will go well with it, so I'll have my cauliflower-cheese soup with grilled poblano pepper strips.

Kombucha is blueberry basil.

Dessert: whipped cheesecake pie. Decaf coffee.

we've had a lot of meat recently, so we're having a vegetarian (vegan, if you leave the cheese off) bean tostada with lettuce and tomatoes.
