Went to the store yesterday adn on a whim stuck my head into the local Penny. Good choice.
They had lamb thighs for about $5.00 per pound. (Converted rate)
Potatoes and carrots in the pan, rosemary sticks, salt pepper, topped with the boned stuffed lamb.
Meal in a pan. Just added a salad.
