RHUBARB LOVERS if you have healthy looking plants. you can use it all summer + september.

last year i picked til oct. better after rain. but its more for flavor than alone. last year it was cherry rhubarb tarts. this year plum or nectarine/peach.
i froze some for winter. may do more.

Won't know for months how it turns out. Rhubarb takes a year or more to mellow out in a mead or wine.
