Posting early, due to a meeting at the garden at 5.
Lobster volcano rolls. I knew I had this meeting, so I stopped at the sushi place this morning. I'll probably have them when I get back early evening.
Yum, haven't had sushi in a long time.

(27,701 posts)I cooked regular sized bowtie pasta. Created my tomato and tomato sauce mixture with chopped garlic and sliced fresh grape tomatoes. Sliced feta cheese for the topper.
I gently combined the pasta with the sauce mixture which I briefly precooked in the microwave while the pasta drained, about two minutes. Then I layered the pasta, sauce mixture by adding the thin slices of feta on top.
The whole dish was then baked in the convection oven for around 25 to 30 minutes at 350° so that the cheese just started to brown and was sufficiently melted.
I was going to have garlic bread, too. But I got distracted by the dog and forgot. I'll do that next time.
I plan to refrigerate a portion for tomorrow then freeze the remaining portions for another day. I love to cook and freeze.
But if you were here and hungry I'd share. Happy cooking and healthy eating, everyone. I hope you enjoyed reading about my latest concoction.
