What's for Dinner, Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024

Maple Tempeh Sandwich with Ricotta and Caramelized Onions.

Over toasted 21-seed, whole grain bread.

Has onion, apple, maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar. The ricotta is melted when the sandwich is on the griddle.

Kombucha: well, I goofed and didn't get enough brewed. I've got a two-day lapse until I can tap into one of my big jars, so now I have to go to WF to buy some. I intend on getting "Cosmic Cranberry." Might meander by the chocolate aisle, inadvertently, of course.

Over white rice.

Brownies for dessert.

Not particularly hungry. Even sadder, I'm so stuffed up I didn't get to smell those brownies baking.
