Waffle w/ a hint of syrup, topped w/ sausage, and a cheesy, over-easy egg

Coffee

Had brekkie at 1:30 this morning. I caught COVID from Al, and my sleep schedule is all mucked up, as is my meal schedule.

I don't know what variant this is, but it's kicking my butt.
