Sliced cucumber and Vidalia over cream cheese on a pumpernickel bagel.

Later in the morning, sliced peach with vanilla yogurt. Chopped mint.

sliced with 1/4 of an avocado,, and a cucumber, red onion, tomato, red vinegar, and dill salad. Garnished with hot vegetable spread and sriracha sauce. Coffee. orange juice.

I immediately put the eggs in an ice bath as soon as I remove them from the heat.
