What's for Dinner, Fri., Aug. 30, 2024

Pizza with grilled green peppers and onions. I have some meatballs that I'll slice and place a few on the pizza. Mozzarella, of course, and anchovies.

The anchovies....can you believe the RG sent me a package of premium anchovies for my birthday? Among other items, of course.

I mean, really, who gets anchovies for their birthday?

Of course a tossed salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, and scallions.

Cherry kombucha.

I'd be interested in seeing other people's interpretation of these dishes.

I'll check back. I made this completely home-made peach pie 3 weeks ago and boy, just wow! I had to get my family to help eat it, well because I can't indulge that much. Cheers

My daughter got me this fantastic rub, A Spice Affair Salmon BBQ Rub Seasoning. It has a terrific flavor and the salmon is very juicy and tender. I like it so much, I tried it on chicken, and I was happy with the result.
I put some butter, olive oil, pepper and garlic on leftover cheese ravioli and that was good too.

More cake

I'll have an avocado later.
