(36,943 posts)I stopped by my local Asian market today. Got wrappers (so I'm lazy) Napa cabbage, ginger, garlic chives, water chestnuts, mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, wood ears, carrots.
Dipping sauce: low-sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, chili oil, and black vinegar.
Can't wait for dinner.

I once tried making potstickers and something like 8 hours later I was exhausted.

(6,772 posts)It will be my main meal of the day as I work later. Usually no time to eat properly. I will probably munch chips, salsa and avo spread during shift if I can.
