I'm planning on a bowl of grape nuts and blueberries, coffee later this morning.

2. Black coffee now ☕, later sausage and cheese omelette.

3. Coffee with cream, now

Toasted bagel with cream cheese, later.

4. Homemade bulk sausage sandwich

With sharp cheddar cheese on a buttered English muffin
Black coffee.

Good to be home

5. munching on cherry tomatoes that I just picked

Three little chicken sausages which I cooked in the microwave.

A pumpernickle bagel half that has spinach & artichoke cheese spread.

Cup of dark Chinese tea. Actually my 2nd cup.

It's a nice, crisp morning, like fall.

I had to cook my sausages in the micro because the gas company shut off my gas last night. It was too late to fix it. I had a natural gas smell so I called them. Today I have a plumber coming over and then later the gas company to turn it back on.

7. My gas line from the street to my house started leaking in late December 2016

It was a very cold 2 days.

Fresh banana and pineapple, vanilla yogurt and V8Deliciously Green juice. Munching power granola bought in bulk too.

Whole bean coffee. Mmmmm. My second cup just finishing.
