Assorted Chinese items for appetizer, Chinese sparerib, sesame chicken.
Stuffed green peppers: ground beef and tomato w/Parmesan cheese on top, sliced basil.
Sliced yellow zucchini with marjoram, chives; goat cheese melted on top.
Kombucha: pomegranate-blueberry.
Dessert: mango mochis. Spicy Chai cold tea.

(23,237 posts)The recipe includes rice cooked with coconut milk and water. It is yummy. I just didn't have any coconut milk.
The cool thing about this dish is by trading off the beef for chickpeas or black beans you have a vegetarian dish. Maybe even vegan.

(13,704 posts)We are having bacon, eggs, grits, toast. Stuffed peppers in the near future. Still haven't had a fried green tomato but I will. Summer.
