Later this morning Swiss cheese melted on whole grain bread with a slice of tomato & mashed avocados under the cheese

1. Black coffee now ☕, later fried egg, ham, cheese on a toasted English muffin sandwich.

2. Fresh baked sourdough cinnamon raisin bread.

Mung bean ‘omelet’.
Mint mango peach and jalapeño smoothie.
Chai oat milk latte.

But first I have to go for a bike ride to justify all that food.

At the garden last night, so I’m thinking one egg with it and creminis with Muenster cheese. Toast.
