Miso & Orange-Glazed Eggplant.

Soba noodles with crispy tofu cubes.

Key lime kombucha.

Dessert: baklava! Cold Earl Grey.

White meat chicken is paired with carrots, water chestnuts and edamame glazed with a spicy orange sauce, to which I'll add juice from freshy squeezed orange.

Ice cream later, or maybe I'll try Yasso strawberries + cream.

Daughter + son in law may make 'fuck it bucket' for us!

Vodka (2 oz)
Rum (2 oz)
Blue Curacao (1 oz)

Pineapple and orange juice
....
