Fasting for blood work this morning 😞. I'm told I'm allowed to drink black coffee, so that's what I'm having ☕.

to go to the hospital and get blood work done. I think my doctor is a vampire, lol. I feel healthy, thanks.

Blood work twice a year for me. My doctor is a cutie, so I don’t mind. Hagan Daaz vanilla yogurt sprinkled with blueberries and chopped hazelnuts, a lemon 🍋 poppyseed muffin, pineapple 🍍 juice, coffee with cream.
