I just had some plant based fish for lunch

I thought I'd give it a try. It was a fake breaded fillet. It actually wasn't bad although I think I may have undercooked it. It was a little rubbery. Has anyone else tried it?

I might try it, but once we hit 96F, I couldn't bring myself to buy anything that requires an oven. (My toaster oven died some time ago and I don't have an air fryer either...).

Still, I've been craving fish, and eating out is just not an option right now so I might try them.

Mackeral is fairly inexpensive.

Both are high in fish fat/oil, which is what is beneficial.

Pan-seared/fried is fast and doesn't heat your house up like an oven.

Salmon and mackeral are both nice with crisped skin.
