Meatloaf (beef) with tomato sauce glaze.
Roasted butternut squash with butter and maple syrup.
Kombucha: blueberry-basil.
Dessert: raspberry fruit bar and cashews.
Had to keep it simple tonight since it was another poison ivy removal day. Whew, only a few hours on another day and I'll be done.
Poison ivy is a very worthy opponent. Gotta' think of everything.

(15,123 posts)It's absolutely delicious and super easy to make. Great for those evenings when you don't have much time to cook.
Here is the recipe in case you are interested: https://pinchofyum.com/black-pepper-stir-fried-udon

(5,534 posts)also, looks easy enough to add shredded chicken to it for some meat. I don't do mushrooms (allergic). What would you think about using Rice Noodles instead of Udon? Think you'd lose too much in translation? I've got 2 boxes of rice noodles ready to use. Been making Bilogi with then, since hubby prefers noodles to rice.

(15,123 posts)Rice noodles would be okay, you just wouldn't get that bit of "char" on the noodles. I'd say give it a try though.

Our supermarket had heirloom tomatoes pretty cheap. I bought one not much smaller than a grapefruit!
Some iceberg lettuce on thick cut toast.
Fast, easy & delicious.
