What's for Dinner, Wed., May 22, 2024

Burger patties with Charred Scallion Salsa Verde (recipe from Six Seasons A New Way with Vegetables by Joshua McFadden and Martha Holmberg). Scallions are seared and mixed with parsley and capers. I might have mine in a pita bread.

Last night's celery salad was so good that I want to try another one. This one is Celery, Apple, and Peanut Salad. Same cookbook as 1st paragraph.

Pineapple kombucha.

Dessert: cherries with Greek yogurt. Dark Chinese tea.
