. Khan is a SOB. My food is gonna be off till a few days .

plus sausage, 2 eggs over easy, and black coffee. Sunday is often my splurge day. It’s also my housecleaning day then off to the gym so this will hold me through all that.

Had leftover rice, steak tips and zucchini, added onion, peppers, carrots and garlic.

topped it all w/ a few dashes of hot sauce

Cottage cheese with thinly sliced ham, red and green pepper rings, grape tomatoes, and toast.

The weather report was inaccurate. They said cloudy and it’s sunny. Now I have to get to the garden to cover plants. You cannot leave the newly planted in the sun all day and expect it to survive.
