For me the price is reasonable.

I thin the curry paste with coconut milk by eyeballing it. I have thinned the paste by using yogurt as well, but I like it better with the coconut milk.
I do freeze the unused coconut milk in ziplock bags, got to massage the thawed coconut milk a bit before use.

5. Fresh, frozen and leftover stir fry

I had a box of mushrooms to use, added onion, garlic, spices, leftover rice, leftover deli chicken, and frozen mixed veggies. All into a skillet, then into a dish and topped with soy sauce. Turned out pretty good.

I had some ice cream earlier, dessert before dinner

with some of the baguette I had yesterday and then Chocolate raspberry cake for dessert, since its my Birthday today, YAY!!

I'm also making some pea soup as well which I will have tomorrow.

I freeze all leftover soups for another meal for another time.
