I, just love, cheese.
Extra sharp cheddar, you buy in the store, is aged for 2 years.
There is a place, where, I buy, 25 year old , sharp, truly sharp.
My point is, when MrsK, and I traveled, this was ,
our stop.
We were allowed to, taste any cheese. We spent so many dollars.
