Was sick as a dog last night w/ stomach cramps and more (I won't get graphic)

I have no idea what caused this, but I'm going to exercise some caution today.

We're celebrating Earth Day today at the garden. I have a lot of adult supervisory help, but from 8-3, 70-90 science students per hour coming to weed, haul compost etc.,

Having an apple and some thinly sliced ham before I go.
