Breakfast 26 April 2024

I put a crockpot of veggies & coconut milk stew together yesterday around 10pm, it should be ready around 7am.

Blackberries, pears, chopped mint, and toasted almonds..

Toasted waffle with berry yogurt.

Dark Chinese tea.

It’s sunny and I wish I could start having tea outside on the patio but it is 44 degrees. Soon, though!

Up at 4:30 because I’m old, black coffee for about six hours, then a big salad loaded up with lots of veg, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs. I’m usually not a fan of bottled salad dressing, but I’m really enjoying the Kewpie sesame dressing.

the RG never buys bottled salad dressings but he does buy Kewpie mayo and maybe some of their other products.
