Big tossed green salad with cubes of parmesan, cherry tomatoes, red onion or scallion, cucumber, and big black olives. Caesar dressing. The salad leaves are green ruffly and I'm adding my mustard microgreens for a little "bite" and because they're so pretty.
Cannellini Stew with Marinated Radicchio. It's started to rain and this will be ideal.
Tangerine/pineapple kombucha.
Not sure about dessert. Maybe just some tea biscuits and decaf.
