What's for Dinner, Tues., March 18, 2024

Cod filet and chickpeas. The latter is in the slow cooker now. Pretty simple: has garlic, olive oil, parsley, lemon.

Pineapple kombucha.

We ordered the seafood salad platters. Should be decent considering what I paid for them!

My younger daughter asked for a second 'dinner,' as we returned from European trip in 2000 (from Milan.) She preferred whatever the airline was to all that darned European food; the rest of us didn't do the same! OLDER daughter had eaten MY escargots in Paris cafe, and ordered a second helping for herself!

P.S. Train food/sandwiches pretty darned good, AS was French 'McDonald's, in Bordeaux!

I'm leaving for a road trip tomorrow and packing today, so it's leftovers again. I'll make a fresh salad, and biscuits.
