with some leftover bacon, a cheesy egg, some tots and some salsa

But I don't feel well. To be honest, I can't tell if I'm sick to my stomach or if I'm just hungry.

So far, I have had some coffee. Maybe in a bit I'll try a slice to toast and see how it goes.

are what I'm having with dark Chinese tea, the kind that helps with your A1C readings.

A kind of sausage called "salt and pepper" plus a slice of cabbage roasted in the oven, along with garlic slices and a couple gold and yellow peppers. I put the sausage in the slow cooker; very tender.

Fun day today: meeting with the Environmental Clubs of students at the public schools. We're doing more planting and getting plans in shape for Earth Day.
