Related: About this forumI like peanut butter on graham crackers
sprinkled with mini chocolate chips and if I have it, a little cool whip on top. It is like an unbaked peanut butter pie. A small amount is very satisfying

NJ Cher told me that Aldis has chocolate and vanilla bean hummus so I recently bought some - that would be good on graham crackers too! 60 cal per 2 TB and 8g carbs.

(60,178 posts)Its simple, add onions, potatoes (Optional), chicken broth, and a big glob of peanut butter mixed in. I put hot broth in a cup then add in the peanut butter, and mix until liquified. Pepper and salt as needed.
