Crispy tofu cubes glazed with orange sauce. Stir-fried broccoli from my garden. I'm using the wok.
Israeli couscous. I'm using these guidelines from Bon Appetit because this is a no-seasoning package.
Later I'm going to try making some chicken liver pate.
Dessert: sliced apple with cashew butter. Decaf coffee.

(139,478 posts)'Just crack an egg' Western style, added slices of sweet red pepper, 1/2 toasted 'everything' bagel w butter,
and am 1/2 way through a Cara Cara orange; likely continue with more oranges, maybe vanilla and/or pistachio ice cream for dessert.

A light fry, with sautéd onions boiled potatoes and red cabbage.
