Finishing a sleepy time tea at the minute. I'm having a restless night so I decided to make a breakfast casserole a while ago with eggs, vegan sausage, bell peppers & onions.

an electric throw and two cats. Wood stove insert is loaded and putting out warm heat, but wind chill outside is 25 below zero. I think they call this an arctic blast. They say Iowa is having wind-chills of minus 45. Who would go out in that kind of weather? Never mind, lol.
Later this morning I plan to make a ham and cheese omelette.
