Roasted rutabaga cubes using olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary.
I mght put a German bratwurst on the rutabaga sheet pan.
Apple blossoms, which will go in the oven with the rutabaga cubes. No sugar ice cream on top.
No dessert tonight, but a decaf coffee.

(11,101 posts)Thawed the rest of the huge package of paneer I bought at Costco (do they sell any other quantities?) and will simmer it in Trader Joe's tikka masala sauce, along with some more onions. Also TJ's tadka vegetables and some leftover rice and mushrooms is sort of close to a biryani if you squint.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
