(40,068 posts)Psychological test with my cat. He is making dangerous noises in the living room, trying to get me up. But I am in this nice warm bed, not wanting to get him something different, which is how he would put it if he could type on a keyboard and use quotation marks.
Dangerous noises are the sounds of clawing the couch. All you cat people know the drill.
Irisblue, what leftovers? The cranberry pork or the cabbage?

(34,956 posts)This morning it's the left over polish cabbage. I am in a breakfast cooking slump, so a large dinner prep = fast b-fast when I get hungry.
I forgot how much sliced cabbage one head can make. I haven't seen a store cut half head of cabbage in a good while.

(40,068 posts)I enjoyed that link you posted with the recipe. Its an interesting idea for a food blog. In case anyone missed it, its this couple who has traveled internationally and they explore the dishes of different countries. They have the recipes of the dishes they tried at the site and one of them was the cabbage recipe iris made last night.
Theyre a cute couple and the pics, stories, and recipes are fun.
Oh, and I think I heard them interviewed on the radio a few days ago. What interesting stories they had to tell!
