Tea is steeping, I am not sure what breakfast will be today, there are alot of leftovers, so hodgepodge.

Planned the leftover steak. Having eggs and a leftover biscuit and cofffee. That’s in the morning tho. It’s only 1:22am here. I hope to sleep until 9…will see if I make it.

Having my first cup of black coffee ☕. Here in a few hours we'll be headed to Illinois to celebrate Christmas with my wife's sister family and a sit down meal. Saving my appetite for later.

Homemade, with extra egg white.
Topped with a poached egg, s&p, and some maple syrup.

A and his wafle iron! Oh boy, were they lovely.
