carrots, and green onions; sourdough toast; and V-8 juice. Coffee ☕️ with cream, of course.

This doesn’t mean I don’t envy your Heath Toffee Bar, Emile.

Fortunately I had cottage cheese because I had a rushed breakfast, due to my helper coming over. Sliced cucumber and a red sweet pepper. Jalapeno slices, too. Toasted skinny bread half with melted provolone.

Dark Chinese tea.

Couldn't post this a.m. because of work hours, cleaning out cabinets and half one of my garden sheds.

Now off to the recycling center.
