Having a tea now, I made a veggie-bacon crustless quiche for later this morning.

Later fried egg with biscuits and gravy.

3. Yummy. Having toast with two kinds of bread from the baker.

4. hot decaf and a broccoli roll-up

Mollie Katzen recipe. I've made it dozens of times.

Using fresh broccoli from the garden. Has onions, garlic, thyme and then you can put in whatever cheese to melt that you want. I might use queso today but I'm not sure of how it will go with broccoli so I'll test it.

Put in a wrap or a pita bread.
