What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 13, 2023

Cup of spicy miso soba noodle soup with ginger teriyaki tofu.
Pork medallions marinated in lime cilantro garlic mixture.
Stir fry asparagus with orange sauce.

Pineapple peach kombucha.

Nothing for dessert since I had chocolate chip cookies this afternoon.
Decaf coffee with cream.

Today, I used mainly fresh vegetables, onion, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, more broth, no barley. I made the broth a couple months ago and froze it. Altogether, a taste different from other recent batches

Made with the leftover pot roast from two days ago. I had a couple of bowls, and have six portions cooling in the fridge, and will be labelled, dated, and frozen tomorrow.

And tomorrow I'll be making Chicken of Muchness! Hooray!
