I like the old-fashioned oats that have to cook 5 minutes. Topped with brown sugar, heavy cream and a sprinkle of Maine granulated maple sugar. Nice treat

One-egg omelette with sausage served on oat flax/whole wheat pita bread.

Also home brewed kombucha combined with ginger kombucha (store). I can't get the fizz I want so that's why I combine it.
