Eggplant parmesan with chicken. Lots of mozzarella and tomato sauce over the top. Chopped fresh basil, too, 'cuz I still have some going in my house.
Baby arugula salad with homemade vinaigrette of olive oil, lemon, Dijon, and a little vinegar. Cherry tomatoes (still have homegrown!), parmesan shavings, and toasted walnuts.
Ginger kombucha.
Dessert: last of the fresh raspberries over a toasted waffle with vanilla Greek yogurt. Decaf.

(23,617 posts)Classic spaghetti and meatballs. Mixed green salad with tomato, red onion and garlic croutons topped with a creamy Parmesan dressing. Garlic bread and Chianti.
