Pumpkin Pie
I know, it's almost a week, but I've been busy.
I bought a sugar pumpkin, just the right size.
Cut it in half and baked it. Scooped out the seeds, drained the pulp.
Pureed in the food processor.
Tonight, I made the crust (lard, single) and the filling. The filling has eggs, cream, milk, cinnamon, ginger, brandy, and eggs. It's my Aunt Ginny's recipe.
It's like pudding and so good, you really don't need whipped cream.
