Coffee first, cottage cheese avocado and tomato later

(96,876 posts)Can't make breakfast without that first.
I'm trying to decide. Probably avocado, toast, a hard boiled egg and bacon.
But I think I'll try and sleep a little longer, I did a lot of kitchen duty yesterday after being double vaxxed on Wed. Kind of tired still and it's way too early for coffee.

(96,876 posts)Sounds like a good idea, though. I have taken to eating more bacon since I got a countertop convection oven with trays. It's the least messy most convenient way to cook up a whole package all at once in less than 30 minutes.
I don't have an instant pot and I don't eat them often. I snagged it from the place where I was cooking yesterday thinking it would be part of breakfast today. One that takes very little prep!

(96,876 posts)More often than a couple times a year, I'd probably be more excited about it. I would consider an instant pot if I were going to use it a lot. Right now I'm working on making this convection oven pay for itself! The paperwork says it even works as a dehydrator, that was one of the points that got me but also the rotisserie part.
Eggs just aren't a mainstay on my menu, I might buy a dozen in a year.
