Tried something new

Slight modifications to a recipe from the WaPo.

The recipe called for kale i used a member of the chard family.

Oven 400 F

4-5 cups of chopped chard mixed well with 1 Tbs, olive oil, 3 Tbs grainy mustard, 2 Tbs cider vinegar. Pile on a backing sheet. I foil lined my sheet.
2 ripe but firm pears cut into 6 wedges each on top of the greens. Then 4-5 Italian sausages on that. Roast 15-20 minutes, rotate pan and roadt until sausages are done.
Served with a little balsamic glaze and shaved parmesan if you wish.

Big mistake. My wife wants it again.

Roasted sausages, pears and Kale.

I went with a chard. Any raw sausage could be used instead of Italian.
