It's a bit of a mash-up of stuff: cheesy egg, breakfast sausage, leftover rice and beans, and salsa. Tasty enough.

had this thread open in my tray and forgot to finish posting. I made a blt on skinny bread using tomatoes I'm still getting from the garden. Lettuce, turkey bacon, mayo.

Sweet potato fries with ketchup.

My brother sent me a new tea strainer! So I used it to make a fresh cup of chai tea.
