The one that had belonged to my mom, that my sister gave to me a while back.
Finally put it to use yesterday, with my first ever homemade bread (well, w/o a bread machine)
It's honey-wheat/oat bread.

(39,217 posts)And it came out pretty good too. I toasted a slice to go w/ my breakfast.
It was an easy recipe, but I think it could stand a touch more salt. I chose the recipe mostly because I had a bag of whole wheat flour that was languishing in the larder.

And it saved about 20 minutes of kneading.
