What's for Dinner, Wed., Nov. 8, 2023

Flatbread pizza using homegrown green peppers and ground sausage.

No-sugar cola.

If I'm not ready to drop on the floor after today's gardening, I might make tahini and have it later with those sea salt pita chips from Aldi that I always rave about.
I've already roasted the eggplant. I want snacks while I watch the political shows tonight (my gloatfest, heh).

Dark Chinese tea. My friend dropped off a lavender-filled cookie from Egypt. I've had them before; they're a special treat.

for lunch today. She wants to find around a 20 pound turkey at Meijers and some pies for the upcoming Thanksgiving dinner. She plans to pick up items at Aldi's and mentioned maybe picking up a pizza for dinner.

Italian-esque fish soup and some crusty rolls to sop it up with. Perfect for the cold, rain/snow mix we have here tonight.

It has mashed potatoes, and chicken, vegetables in a creamy sauce. I have some pita chips from Aldi, having with Bosley's sriracha spread I made last night.

A neighbor gave me a frozen casserole yesterday. She knew I was at my mom's funeral service on the weekend & Shamika put me a meal, cuz she gets me.
I am a blessed woman with good neighbors
