I knew my Mom started having sleep issues in her 60s, I told her about my sleep cycle changes and she cackle laughed at me and said her mom(my g-ma) had it, she had it & now I have it. She seemed pleased with the idea of my inheritance in this.
I got many Facebook memes sent between 3-5am from her. Happy memories

La Fermiere French Yogurt Lemon. It is delicious. Also having poppy seed muffin, apple juice, coffee with vanilla creamer.
